CBF Volunteers

All of us at Postlip are forever grateful for the dedication of our lovely Cotswold Beer Festival volunteers! It goes without saying that without you, it simply couldn't happen.

Dates: Friday 18th July 2025 to Sunday 20th July 2025

As always it’s a great atmosphere and in return for your sterling efforts we will be offering the usual goody bag with beer tokens.

There are 3 sessions in total

Fri, 18 July - Evening session - 4:30pm - 12/1am
Sat, 19 July - All-day session - 10:20am - 10:30pm
Sun, 20 July - Lunchtime session - 10:20am - 4:30pm

Volunteers are usually asked to work for no more than 2 hours straight (we call this a shift). And you might do 2 or 3 shifts per session, with breaks between shifts.

So the main things we’d like to know at this stage, should you fancy joining and helping us this year are below. Please fill in the form separately for each volunteer:

*Please note, if you can do the first or last shifts of each session, you won’t be able to use the CBF coach service

**Vehicle management and stewarding includes directing people to and from their cars, help with turning coaches and general stewarding. We ensure those experienced with coach turning at the festival are in lead position for that.
